  As the owner and manager of 'The Boardwalk' I would like to comment on the previous reviews. I do take constructive criticism seriously and would like to point out that wherever possible I have made appropriate changes. It is interesting to know that of the hundreds of guest that have stayed only a small handful have been critical, and most of those in a constructive manner.

  I found the owner to be invasive. Nothing on his website indicates that he lives in the downstairs part of this 'unit'.
